Hoyo de Monterrey "Reposado en Cedros" means that cigar is rested in cedar. General Cigar used an innovative process called "Inmersión" which includes an extended period of cedar aging for up to six months. The brand comes in three sizes: Churchill called “Liso” (7 x 49), a figurado called “Marco” (6.25 x 54), and a robusto called “Sueño” (5.25 x 54). The wrapper is very thin and peeled off when I took off the label. The cigar has a flavor taste of cedar and bitter coffee and very spicy on the tongue. Best to have with a cold sweet beverage to counterbalance strong pepper flavor.
