Hispanola Cigar Review

To smoke a different brand of cigar, I purchased this Hispanola cigar from Barclay- Rex tobacconist located at 70 east 42nd street, NY, NY.  This Hispanola cigar is made by Compania Dominicana de Tabacos and Melo Tobacco Group. Their origins are in the Cibao Valley  of the Dominican Republic. The cigar was made to honor the Italian Explorer Christopher Columbus responsible for the European awareness of the Western World.  This cigar is well constructed with an oily dark brown wrapper, a  medium to full body cigar that burns well with a dark grey ash, and the draw is excellent. This cigar has some spice to it with hints of coffee, black pepper and a slight touch of cinnamon.

Country of Origin: Dominican Republic
