Hammer + Sickle Vodka is made in Klin, Russia and launched their spirit in 2005, but cigars are hand made in Santiago, Dominican Republic and distributed by Victor Vitale who also distribute the Ortsac 1962 and Escencia cigars. This cigar has some pepper flavor balanced with a smooth spice and cream. The wrapper is nice and smooth with minimal veins and the ash is flakey, but the draw is excellent. I found this cigar to be on the mild to light medium side. Price is estimated between 8 and 10 U.S. Dollars.
