Don't forget that you have the ability to overcome anything because our minds make it so. Our thoughts stimulate our physiology by the way we act, talk, and walk. Do you stand with confidence or do you lower your standards because you feel less than, inferior, insignificant, poor, sick, incapable. You can change your first bad thought and choose a better one. On second thought you have the power to choose what to think about, so don't blame others for your setbacks and lose your self-control.
