Sometimes we get all caught up in our own self-interest that we neglect the situations of others. Although it is necessary, at times, to act in survival mode we must look beyond this. When we receive help from someone we can return the favor by helping someone else in need. If you can accept help then you can certainly give it because only getting help and not reciprocating will create an imbalance in your life.
