Its tough dealing with unexpected pain, but sometimes misfortune does occur and can strike at anytime; we just have to learn to cope with it. Encountering adversity can take the form of a physical illness, mental sickness, an emotional breakdown, financial loss, or some other type of hardship. The first step is to make a positive difference not just for yourself but for someone else who also might be suffering. Helping someone else despite your own downfall allows you to move from a place of hurting to a place of healing, so don't be self-centered and focus only on your own tragedy.
